How to Install Replacement Grips for Precor EFX 544

1. Heat up the grips by laying them in the sun or soaking them in hot water.

2. Apply dishwashing detergent to the bare handle tube. (Dishwashing detergent is an excellent lubricant when wet. When it dries, it acts as glue to keep the grips on.)

3. Gently work the heated rubber grips on and up the tube to the desired location.

4. If you’re still having trouble, use compressed air to inflate the grip and it will slide on easily.
